The mission of Parr's Ridge Elementary is to achieve academic success by working together in a safe and nurturing environment.

Parr's Ridge is a primary school where positive relationships, high expectations, and rigorous curriculum achieve a creative and motivating learning community. We value positive, independent thinking along with respectful and responsible behaviors. Our school is a place where everyone is eager to learn and grow. 

At Parr's Ridge we focus on  a school-wide process of helping students learn positive behaviors and strategies to help him/her achieve important social and academic goals.

Goals

1. Be consistent with the way we teach positive behaviors.

2. Use data on a regular basis to make decisions about how to improve support to increase positive behaviors.

3   Establish and implement a process for reinforcing behaviors.

4.   Promote a safe, learning environment for each student by increasing instructional time.

REWARDS

When a student demonstrates Polar Bear Pride behaviors,  they may receive a Pride ticket or points via coins or a digital system. Students may earn  recognition for showing Polar Bear Pride in all settings throughout the day.
