The Media Program provides the school community with the instruction, support, and resources necessary to encourage and foster a community of self-sufficient, lifelong learners.
Our Vision
The media center offers a dynamic program that supports the curricular, informational, and personal needs of the school community and encourages students to become avid readers. The program inspires students to learn and create new knowledge and ideas.
Our Center
The media center is open each morning between the hours of 8:45-9:05 for independent check-out and students are invited to visit after checking in with their teacher. During media classes, Kindergarten checks out 1 book each week. First and Second graders check out 2 books each week.

You can access Destiny at home. Click the link below or access Destiny and select Parr's Ridge Elementary. The Home tab gives students access to online databases and the Catalog tab allows students to search for books and eBooks.
