School Counselor
My name is Kelly Doolan and I am the School Counselor at Parr’s Ridge Elementary School. This will be my twelfth year serving in this position and I am proud to have been here since the day Parr’s Ridge first opened its doors in 2005. Prior to this experience, I taught first and second grades in Carroll County for ten years. During this time I earned my Masters in Counseling from McDaniel College. I currently live in Westminster with my husband and two children.
